Absolute StartUp manager home page

Absolute StartUp provides easy way to customize services - programs, running in background to control or execute some tasks.
To edit them with standart tools use Tools\Service manager from main menu of Absolute StartUp.

Note: This feature is only for advanced users and administrators.

In this section you can add or delete records. Also you can modify startup mode of service.

Note: Instead of deletion service, set its start parameter as disabled.

Absolute StartUp provides possiblity to create and delete services from its dialog. To save user Absolute StartUp copies service settings into Recycle Bin when you delete service. To restore service use "Recycle bin" or dialog "New service" - you can select deleted service from dropdownlist and all parameters will be restored.
New service dialog

Or you can specify your own parameters and create service with them.

Beware: Standart Microsoft tool doesn't allow to create or delete service - to do it you should have administrators rules and documentation for this service to specify parameters in right way.

Note: New service function is canceled in unregistered version.
