With IEManager you can automatize proxy management.
At IE Controls/Proxy you can find and set proxy (take a look at screenshot). New proxy settings apply immediately

Also you can automate proxy - define time interval and proxies list to change proxyserver automatically.

Also you can activate automatic proxy change mode in tray popup menu.
