6. Which Windows versions are supported by Tray Safe?
   Tray Safe supports Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.
   
   
7. First start - recommendations.
   At first start of Tray Safe it is recommended to create initial password file. After that we recommend to change options due to given example and use it in safety.
   
   
8. Unregistered limitations.
   Tray Safe is a shareware product and has limitation in trial version:
   • Trial period: 21 days.
   • Nag screen at startup after the 2 weeks of usage.
   • "UNREGISTERED VERSION" string in program title.
   • 10 accounts are maximum.
   • Unlocking application with additional registration reminder dialogue.
   
   To remove limitations you need to register Tray Safe.
   
   
9. Password reminder.
   For each password file you can set a password string. You can open file only with this password. If you enter the wrong password, file will be opened and decrypted with wrong password, so you will have no accounts.
   To remind password you can set password reminder string. This string can be displayed without password to remind you the password.
   
   
10. Hardware hash - what is that?
    Tray Safe provides unique feature - use of hardware characteristics in password string. If you use this feature, password file can be opened only on your computer.
    Hardware hash includes username of current user, so different users of one computer will have different hardware hashes and thus different passwords.
    Also hardware hash can be used instead of password - you can set "Use hardware hash" to decrypt password file on application start with hardware hash only - you will not be prompted every time to enter password for you password file.

11. Account templates. Can I customize them?
    Yes! You can create customize account - select type and number of fields to be at description panel - full customization allows to get more usability for our users.

12. Insertion technology. How can Tray Safe help me not to enter passwords each time?
    Tray Safe works in tray originally. You can get the main form using popup menu - right mouse button. Using left mouse button you can call popup menu with all visible accounts. After selection one of them Tray Safe reads to insert information into given fields. To place or edit information in text area click this text edit with left mouse button. To skip it hold ctrl - left mouse click will be skipped - text will not be inserted.
    
    
13. Can I protect password file if I go away from computer for a couple of minutes?
    Yes, you can! Tray Safe has function of locking application. After that you cannot use it until you enter the right password/hash combination or you can close it and open again with loading password file.
    You can do it manually or set automatic tracking user activity and locking for user inactivity for given period of time. Inspect general options page.
    
    
14. Can I forget about typing any password and be protected?
